Thanks for the interest in staying with our Apartment or Resort.

We have brand new TWO-BEDROOM APARTMENTS and ONE BEDROOM APARTMENTS.

Each unit features the following:

  • one big bathroom (hot and cold water) with approx. 80 to 90 sqm. living area, one living and dining room and are fully air conditioned.

  • a fully-equipped kitchen with cooking counter, big refrigerator, a
    4-burner stove with baking unit (gas and electric), a microwave oven, toaster, etc.

  • All units also have cable TV, telephone line and high speed Wi-Fi internet connection. 

  • Every apartment is equipped with a washing machine in a separate washing area.

  • Some units also have a terrace

  • All apartments have access to a new 50 sqm. first-class free form swimming pool.

  • The pool is located at the center of our new U-shape annex building, where you can enjoy and relax at a very private atmosphere.

  • With our standby-generator unit, we can guarantee you uninterrupted power supply, even if there are local power cuts.

  • Furthermore with our voltage stabilizer we can ensure that there will be no harm to any delicate electrical equipment such as laptops or cameras during power fluctuations.

Accommodation Description

  • Our modern built apartments are all conveniently located at the best living area in Dumaguete City, just a few minutes away from the nice, picturesque beach promenade, the fancy international restaurants and the unique night-life.

  • Even with the proximity to the city center, we can assure you a high secure, comfortable, very quiet and private atmosphere, where you will feel at home right away.

  • Just across of the road of our apartments you will find the biggest, most famous supermarket in Dumaguete (called Hypermart), where you will find a wide range of Filipino and international products, which is definitely a plus for self-caterers.

  • The apartment-complex is currently extended with an authentic Austrian restaurant under Austrian management for a fine dining experience within the apartment-building. Our cozy and at the same time high class Austrian PUB & restaurant is open all day, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you are up for a more private and intimate dining experience, we can certainly serve all dishes at your apartment or private terrace. There is a large variety of Austrian and international specialties and the whole range of Filipino cuisine awaiting you. A culinary experience you will remember for a long time.

NOTE:

  • A maintenance fee of Php 700.00 Pesos / Month (Use of Swimming Pool, Shower/Toilets at the Base level etc.)

  • PROTECTION FROM PRE- TERMINTATION BY CHARGING A 2 MONTHS RENTAL FEE

    • PRE-TERMINATION: Should the occupant during the term of this lease be required to leave the Philippines due to circumstances beyond his control, THE LESSEE shall have the option to:
      • a) Assign any other staff, officer or any person related to him, by giving thirty (30) days prior written notice to the LESSOR, or

      • b) Terminate this Lease of contract by giving written notice to the LESSOR, at least thirty (30) days before the termination date of its intention to vacate the LEASED PREMISES and forfeiting by way of liquidated damages the amount equivalent to two (2) months rent. All unused rental after forfeiting two (2) months rental as penalty shall be returned by the LESSOR to the LESSEE within thirty (30) days from termination date. The security deposit shall be refunded by the LESSOR [less damages ,outstanding electric, water, cable tv ,or any other bill] to the LESSEE as provided on section hereof.   • The daily rates INCLUDE electricity, water, cable, internet, etc EXCEPT FOOD and DRINKS.  WE NEED to have a 10,000 PESOS SAFETY DEPOSIT, which you will GET BACK when you CHECK OUT.

  • FOR A LONG STAY, ONE-BEDROOM ON A MONTHLY BASIS CONTRACT, IT'S FOR 22,000/MONTH. TWO-BEDROOM FOR 25,200/MONTH-27,300/MONTH.

  • THE TENANT HAS TO PAY HIS OWN ELECtrICITY AND WATER CONSUMPTION, INTERNET, CABLE TV,ETC.
    WE ALSO NEED TO HAVE A 1-MONTH RENTAL AS SAFETY DEPOSIT, WHICH YOU WILL GET BACK WHEN YOU CHECK OUT.

For guests paying in US dollars, the exchange rates will depend on the time of payment . The above rates in pesos should be followed and are fixed rates.
