| OTHER INFORMATION |
Generator in the grounds, in case of black-outs, weather check can be made - generator is there in the vicinity, full running water (2 sources: deep well and underground tank) always flowing water hot and cold. All laundry and cleaning is done by our housekeeper at local costs, minimal, the boats are free for your use with the housekeepers husband Jhun, piloting; but fuel will be an extra charge to and from the mainland is at local cost, very minimal. The housekeeper and husband have lived in the island for 50 years and are very reliable to look after all your needs.
Cost includes electricity, water, but ferry rates are separate and to be paid to the boatman, Junior.
The boat (Banca) is also for the guests use, diesel costs separate and at local rates. Approximately 900 pesos to and fro.
There is an option for the new owners to keep the housekeeper and husband who does the maintenance and boat excellently. |
