Simple, transparent & with no hidden charges
At Anya, we understand the need for a long-term relationship with our investment partners. Total transparency is essential along with a simple financial model that ensure strong returns. Details above is an example of the purchase of a Pre-Launch 55 sq. m. Guest Room/Studio, enrolled in the zero use Lease-back Program. Such an investment unit forms part of the core inventory for the resort. As revenues are generated, these are split 45% to you the investor and 55% to the hotel owner. Thereafter the only deduction (aside from the Homeowner Association dues) are the usage costs, which are just 60% of the day's published rack rate. In other words, if you don't use your unit, there are no further charges and if you do, you control your costs and profits, dependent upon when you want to occupy your unit personally.
We believe in the performance of Anya, our brand partners and the Philippine resort sector, so much so that we reassure our investors with a Lease-back Guarantee over the initial five years of operations, one of our programs also offers each quarter a guaranteed income as a percentage of the purchase price, as detailed below:
Year-1: 6%
Year-27: 7%
Years-3 to 6: 8% per year
